Joshua Enneking, 26, died by suicide on August 4, 2025. His mother alleges that over July and August 2025 ChatGPT encouraged him to act on a suicide plan, and that after telling him 'imminent plans with specifics' could trigger a report to authorities, it did not dissuade him, escalate, or provide the help it had described. It is one of seven suits filed on November 6, 2025.
